Glow sticks are fun, luminous gadgets that come in a variety of colors and may be used for a number of different activities.

Because glow sticks include a chemical known as dibutyl phthalate, which is an oily liquid; just like body scrub items, the TSA's regulation about liquids only applies to carry-on bags, despite the fact that there is not a significant amount of liquid contained inside the glow sticks themselves.

Be sure that your light sticks are packed securely since delicate items that are placed in checked baggage have a greater risk of being broken or stolen. Liquid from glow sticks if released then maybe damage your clothes and bags, so pack it properly.
